The Global Marketing manager will play a key in supporting role to the Global Marketing Director of the Prestige Division to bring the Portfolio Plan and Brand Vision Plans to life.
You must be able to deliver the project/s financial targets, able to build and nurture Brand Equity, defining competitive positioning for brands, creating compelling propositions and communicating Prestige brand ideas creatively across multiple touch points, so as to win consumer preference and build share.
Have a deep and insightful understanding of Prestige consumers and markets and have a passion for developing Prestige products/ packs that win in-use and in-store: Able to think holistically about brand design and product equity to brief and create Prestige product offerings that delight consumers.
Have a point of view about the future and builds inspiring visions to drive change and identify growth opportunities that enrol internal & external partners
Have a strong business acumen and is rigorous in finding out root issues and opportunities and triggers/ barriers to growth
Main Accountabilities .
To develop an in-depth understanding and is an expert in Prestige markets/channels the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments.
To build a holistic understanding of Prestige consumers and shoppers, together with CMI, in developing consumer and shopper insights and turn these in to growth opportunities.
To develop consumer relevant concepts based on Prestige consumer and shopper insights to develop, explore and evaluate ideas with consumers.
To lead and champions the brand communication, creative development process (advertising and packaging), working with agencies to deliver strategically sound messages in line with communication strategy. Work closely with Prestige Brand Building team in the deployment of brand communication idea for local markets and channels.
Candidates must have more than 5 years’ experience in Brand Development and Brand Building, must include personal care experience (skin or hair), oral care experience is a bonus
Prestige brand experience desirable
Developing concepts and brand communication
Proven record in project management preferably at global/regional level.
