Post-Implementation support for Liquidlogic Children’s system and Early Help in Oxfordshire County Council.

.Oxfordshire County Council went live with LiquidLogic Children’s System and Early Help Module in June 2019 having migrated from Frameworki. We are now seeking an individual with proven experience of end user support for EHM and LCS to bolster our team of ICT Business Systems Analysts and increase our capacity to support our end users (approximately 1000 users across EHM and LCS).

Duties will include floorwalking support around the county providing 1-1 support on all aspects of the system including CIN, CP, CLA, stepping up and stepping down for new and migrated cases.

Assisting users in consolidating their case-loads.

Provide Support and advice to the ICT Applications and Business Systems Analysts

Share knowledge in resolving issues with the ICT Applications and Business Systems Analysts.

Liaise with Liquidlogic on user affecting issues and how to resolve them and enabling users t reach their statutory targets

As well as proven experience in using LCS/EHM experience of Frameworki would be advantage in helping the end users understand how the work they used to record in Frameworki now needs to be recorded in EHM/LCS.

Initial length of assignment 3 months.
