Responsible for supporting and delivering new build housing projects in the Council’s largest programme of council housing development for decades. Responsibility for undertaking complex procurement exercises to select building contractors, leading projects, project work streams and multi-disciplinary project teams. Overseeing and maintaining project management controls and tools and engaging with key stakeholders.
