Client-facing role. Agree scope of works and budget costs with Building Managers. Prepare tender documents using AutoCAD & NBS. Contract management using JCT contracts. Good working knowledge of Building regs, CDM regs, Asbestos management, and working on live/occupied buildings.

Working in a team of building surveyors carrying out planned maintenance and refurbishment of Public Buildings (Schools, Leisure & Community use). Able to run projects from inception to final account ranging in value £10k - £250k
