About the job

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a rolling programme of property condition surveys to Council Premises (mainly non domestic) within the Borough and out of Borough as required. The work requires the accurate determination of the condition and life expectancy of key building elements and production of associated costed survey reports.

The post holder will be required to maintain and update property asset management information and AutoCAD floor plans. Information will be used prioritise programmes of work, identify backlog maintenance, identify priorities as part of property Asset Management Plans, support investment programmes and support strategic asset management
