| To be the lead officer in relation to urban design matters in the Borough. The post will play a vital role in working with developers to secure good quality, planning policy compliant development design that becomes a welcome addition to the Borough. The post holder will consider a range of planning applications and site allocations in relation to achieving positive urban design. They will review and provide formal commentary on planning applications, pre-planning enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure development designs reflect wider concerns and opportunities. | |||
