About the Role Are you an experienced, results-driven capital delivery professional with a passion for public sector housing and construction? You will act as the key lead developing projects through the Council’s formal capital work stages, covering project commissioning, scope development, technical reviews, contract administration, on-site management, and post-completion requirements. You will lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team (including Quantity Surveyors, Clerk of Works, Resident Liaison Officers, Technical Support Officers, Design Officers, and external consultants) to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exemplary quality standards.
