Compliance Officer

Conduct building compliance on site inspections for asbestos, Legionella, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and M&E systems. Identify risks, raise remedial actions, and ensure building safety compliance. Maintain accurate compliance records and update CAFM systems. Support maintenance programmes and carry out minor repairs where required.
 
Work independently across multiple sites, prioritising risk and statutory deadlines. Liaise with site managers, and internal stakeholders to provide compliance advice. Requires a working knowledge of Health & Safety, asbestos, Legionella, fire safety, and emergency lighting Full driving licence, DBS clearance, and working 5 days a week on site with the flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed.
