35 hours per week
 
You will manage a varied caseload of housing matters, including possession proceedings, disrepair claims, debt recovery, anti-social behaviour and housing enforcement, while providing practical legal advice to officers and members.
To be responsible to the Senior Lawyer (Housing & Litigation) for the conduct of legal work in respect of matters arising from the Council’s Housing functions, and the provision of legal advice and support to Chief Officers and their staff on such matters.
You will have strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills, and be confident representing clients before courts and tribunals.
