Property Lawyer
St Albans (Local Authority role)

Hourly rate negotiable
37 hours per week
Working arrangements: At Civic Centre. Hybrid working (to be agreed)
Required to attend meetings held at the offices of partner councils or other locations outside normal office hours.
Property Lawyer (contentious and non-contentious) dealing with leasing, disposal of property/land, sealing engrossment. Conveyancing etc.
Specific Requirements:
- Degree or other equivalent level qualification Law, or with significant practical professional experience in Possession of or entitlement to relevant practising certificate in Planning
- To deal with S106 agreement
- Planning Application
- Experience of BNG, Green Belt, Large Housing development
- Experience in liaising with clients as well as providing a focal point of contact for planning applications
