Strategic Lead – Homelessness, RS and SA

3 days in the office minimum
£650 PER DAY
 
Strategic Lead for Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Supported Accommodation will provide visible and effective leadership of he Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Service, ensuring high performance, financial sustainability, continuous learning, delivery of value for money-outcomes and a positive organisational culture. 
 
There are four Strategic Leads across the Housing Options and Homelessness Division; Divisional Reporting and Assurance, Lettings and Housing Register, Accommodation (TA/PRS) and Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Accommodation. (Please note this is equivalent to Head of Service role and experience at this level is required).
 
The postholder(s) will be accountable for working with their peers across the sector and local government, delivering innovative solutions, driving service improvement, managing people and resources, and delivering outcomes that meet the needs of residents, staff and the wider council. Reporting to the Director of Housing Options and Homelessness, this role works closely with Elected Members and cross-sector partners to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing services.
